About Our Hot Sauce
We are the only gourmet hot sauce company based in Julian. We grow all of our own organic prickly pear fruit on our 60 acre farm in Julian, CA.
Once the fruit is harvested, it is fermented for a minimum of 12 months and is then used as the base ingredient for our gourmet hot sauce.
